Grace & Michael's Wedding ~ Winston-Salem, NC

A lovely day on the first of October provided the perfect setting for the wedding between Grace and Mike. They were married in the beautiful Reynolda Church with a reception following at Forsyth Country Club. These two are a sweet couple with a loving family! Here are some of my favorite images from the day that Alexa and I captured.































Grace was holding her best friend's hand as they waited for the ceremony to start.

After the beautiful ceremony, it was off to Forsyth Country Club were Grace and Mike spent a few moments along.









The decorations at the reception were fantastic and the party was wonderful.



















I love how the place cards were also candied apple desserts!

Grace and Michael's Wedding Rehearsal Dinner

Grace and Michael met in NYC, but decided to get married in lovely North Carolina as Grace's family lives in Winston-Salem. The story of how they met sounds like the script of a movie... Mike left his cell phone in a taxi cab which Grace found later on in the day. She was able to return the cell phone, she got to know the guy that lost it... and a few years later they are here on the night before their wedding day celebrating their love with family and friends at the beautiful Brookberry Farm venue.





Mike is a Water Polo player and his buddies were at the rehearsal dinner. This cake has water polo guys swimming around a keg of beer!
